Scooby Doo and the Occult

It is difficult taking a look at a children’s cartoon and determining it is evil based on some things that could be a mere coincidence specially if there are no major signs such as nudity, cursing, etc. But if we read Genesis 3, 1 “Now the serpent was more subtle than any other beast on the field which the LORD God hath made.” We see that it is not always so obvious unless we are willing to take God’s word seriously.

Overall look at the scooby doo universe

During the first versions of the show we could say that most of things were harmless but gradually started getting involved with topics of the occult and religion, we could notice this gradual change with the characters chosen as villains.

Snake Demon
Dragon beast
Devil bear
Gargoyle
Demon
Lady vampire of the bay
Shadow creature

Obviously being related to some evil characters of the bible we could still give them the benefit of the doubt because they are some of the most popular characters in a lot of different stories. But as the show becomes more popular and liked, it spins off to many different versions and even movies. We could go on for hours analyzing a lot of characters but to show you how it relates to the occult I am going to talk about two main things, Magick and demonology.

A magician is either a stage magician or someone who practices magick, someone who practices magick and has the appropriate knowledge  could invoke (call in) or evoke (call forth) spirits/demons at the magicians will. The purpose of communicating with demons is to gain information that otherwise would not be possible to the average person since each entity has knowledge on certain topics. The bible talks about them numerous times, Jesus even casts some out while he was here on earth. They are also talked about throughout time and can be traced back to the early civilizations such as Summer, Akkad, Assyria and Babylon. Babylon was the worst of all the civilizations because of their excessive worship of false idols. While they were building the tower of Babylon God came down and changed their language so they would have to abandon the project. Genesis 11, 7. And just as we are about to see some of their false idols carried out throughout history even until today under different names. I want to point out two particular off spins from the show scooby doo, one from Scooby Doo and the thirteen ghosts and the other from one of the more recent ones, Scooby Doo mystery incorporated.

Three of the thirteen ghost characters in the show are Maldor the malevolent (Black Magician), Marcella (Demon witch) and Nekara (succubus), now you may be wondering what a succubus is but just hold on. Besides the lovely demon witch and black magician we also have the great Merlin (magician), the hex girls (witches) and a white wizard, there is no difference between white and black magick it all comes from the devil so DO NOT be fooled. Now let’s take a look at a very interesting supernatural phenomena that is not only in history but also in current times!

A succubus is a demon in female form or supernatural entity in folklore (traced back to medieval legend) that appears in dreams and takes the form of a woman in order to seduce men, usually through sexual activity. A succubus may or may not appear in dreams and is often depicted as a highly attractive seductress or enchantress; whereas, in the past, succubi were generally depicted as frightening and demonic. And that such thing is in a kid’s show? Well it only gets worse.

We most commonly know vampires as creatures who physically transform into a bat and desire to suck people’s blood in order to live but ancient beliefs of vampires were quite different than the hollywood version.  Wikipedia states, The term vampire did not exist in ancient times. Blood drinking and similar activities were attributed to demons and spirits who would eat and drink blood; even the Devil was considered synonymous with the vampire. Further down we read, Ancient Babylon and Assyria had tales of the mythical Lilitu, synonymous and giving rise to the Hebrew Lilith and her daughter Lilu from the Hebrew demonology. In Greek and Roman mythology Empusae, the Lamia, and the Striges. Over time the first two terms became general words to describe witches and demons respectively. Empusa was the daughter of the goddess Hecate and was described as a demonic, bronze-footed creature. She feasted on blood by transforming into a young woman and seduced men as they slept before drinking their blood. The Lamia preyed on young children in their beds at night, sucking their blood, as did the gelloudes or Gello. Like the Lamia, the striges feasted on children, but also preyed on young men. They were described as having the bodies of crows or birds in general, and were later incorporated into Roman mythology as strix, a kind of nocturnal bird that fed on human flesh and blood. Leviticus 17: 11. “For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.”

In Hebrew-language texts, the term lilith or lilit (translated as "night creatures", "night monster", "night hag", or "screech owl") first occurs in a list of animals in Isaiah 34:14, either in singular or plural form according to variations in the earliest manuscripts. In the Dead Sea Scrolls' Songs of the Sage the term first occurs in a list of monsters. In Jewish magical inscriptions on bowls and amulets from the 6th century BC onwards, Lilith is identified as a female demon and the first visual depictions appear.

This probably sounds like nonsense to you and I do not blame you because why does it even matter what people thousands of years believed, well this is when all those stories become reality or at least to those who have eyes to see. There is a phenomena called Sleep Paralysis which science cannot fully explain and which happens to tenths of thousands of people every year including myself, heck almost everyone experiences it at least once in their lifetime. Having some experience on the topic I could speak about what it is and it isn’t. It happens usually as you are falling asleep, waking up or during deep sleep, Science says that it happens during the rapid eye movement  cycle of sleep which is when you have dreams but since it happens when you are falling asleep or waking up this assumption is faulty. There is many testimonies out there of people who have experienced this scary phenomenon and others who willfully and blindy invite these creatures into their lives for sexual pleasure and power. The experience itself could vary but it is all centered around the same thing, first you get completely paralyzed from head to toe and then you feel an evil presence that cannot be described by words. After that anything goes, people have described seeing an old hag or a shadow person, some report feeling like they are being raped and for myself I felt a shivering cold being on top of me much like The Nightmare painting by Henry Fuseli. This is not an experience that you want to go through or invite into your life so you have to ask yourself. Why is it in a kid’s show and how could it possibly affect the viewer? People are not crazy many have reported this incident and I have to say if it is not real then it sure feels like it. No reading of any sort makes this go away only Jesus Christ has the power over these things so please submit your life to him.

Matthew 28: 18-20
“ And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

Wikipedia states, In particular, in the second season, the central story arc evolves to heavily feature the use of Babylonian mythology, exploring the Anunnaki, the Babylonian and modern pseudo-scientific concepts of Nibiru, and the writings of Zecharia Sitchin.

If you have seen the show Ancient Aliens you might know who the anunnaki are if not then let me give you a quick overview of this insane theory. Basically Zecharia Sitchin was a historian who read texts from akkad and not only misinterpreted their origin because he said they were from Babylon but also completely fabricated the story out of thin air. His story says that the annunaki were alien gods who came from another planet looking for gold in order to save their own planet since their atmosphere needed more or they would die. They got tired of working themselves so they created the human race in order to enslave them then once they were all done went back to their planet. His evidence lies in the fact that in tablets from akkad there is a winged disk “their spaceship”, they have “wristwatches” and have tablets with planets and stars “showing their origin”. He also said Annunaki means those sent from above.

1. Sun symbol      2."wristwatch"     3. Star symbols

Hebrews 13, 8-9
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever .Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.”
Well here is the real truth.

Annunaki means the sons of Anu, a god that was worshipped by the Akkadians long ago when men first began to worship false idols. These gods are all made up just like the gods in egypt were in order to replace the god of the bible, make people believe that other gods controlled events such as fertility and harvesting, and eventually give the person in charge of these gods all the power for example the pharaoh. Besides false gods they also worshipped the sun and the moon because as far as they knew there was two gigantic orbs on the sky each day providing them with either warmth, food and light or high tide, fertility, etc. Behind the sun or moon they would also place a god or a goddess and give them a name in this case let's say Ra and Khonsu, egyptian gods of the sun and moon. Then they will create stories of them creating more gods in order to explain life, but we know how much God really hates these gods it is not only the very first commandment but also repeated throughout the bible. The winged spaceship was not a spaceship but the sun and the wings represented its ability to hover around the sky. The planets and stars were simply that, how they could have known the number of planets and such is still a question today. The wristwatches were more like a wristband with a roselle on it, the same roselle could be found in the ishtar gate of Babylon which means both Akkad and Babylon worshipped the same goddess, Ishtar.

As you can notice this is a very strange theory to be taught to kids and you have to wonder what kind of impression if would leave on their mind. For more info check out this site that goes over the complete theory. http://ancientaliensdebunked.com/references-and-transcripts/anunnaki/

Some people believe aliens are real, my personal opinion is that they are not real only a thing that was heavily promoted by hollywood during the 20th century. However, a lot of alien abduction phenomena could be easily explained by sleep paralysis. People wether lying or honestly have described horrible experiences including waking up in a spaceship being unable to move, being tested on and seeing alien creatures all around them. It is identical to the theory of sleep paralysis except in this case the demon taking a different form.

Ephesians 6: 11-12 “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

Besides also being occult based, the show acquires inspiration from horror movies such as Freddy from nightmare on elm street inspiring the making of the dream weaver, and  saw inspiring episode 17 of the show.

Christmas
Krampus

In the final section I want to show you something that would make most people either uncomfortable or angry, it is related to one of the world's most popular holidays, Christmas. Let me start off by saying that Jesus’ birthday is not mentioned at all in the bible, if you look even closer no one's birthday is mentioned in the bible except for pharaoh and King Herod which we know to both be wicked. Not only that but Jesus’ resurrection is not recorded as well, yet we celebrate easter because of the egg hatching and giving birth to a new creation. Allow me to prove to you why I as well as many faithful scholars believe that christmas is a day for worshipping the sun and Easter is a day for worshipping the pagan goddess Ishtar. Here is a picture of Queen of night relief, said to represent an aspect of Ishtar so now let me ask you, does it remind you of anyone?

Wikipedia  states, Prior to and through the early Christian centuries, winter festivals—especially those centered on the winter solstice—were the most popular of the year in many European pagan cultures.
The Egyptian deity Horus, son to goddess Isis, was celebrated at the winter solstice. Horus was often depicted being fed by his mother, which also influenced the symbolism of the Virgin Mary with baby Christ. Pagan Scandinavia celebrated a winter festival called Yule, held in the late December to early January period. After the Christianisation of Scandinavia the celebration was allowed as long as it was in the name of Christ instead. One theory to explain the choice of December 25 for the celebration of the birth of Jesus is that the purpose was to Christianize the pagan festival in Rome of the Dies Natalis Solis Invicti, meaning "the birthday of the Unconquered Sun", a festival inaugurated by the Roman emperor Aurelian (270–275) to celebrate the sun god and celebrated at the winter solstice, December 25.
During Constantine's time the Roman empire worshipped a sun god named Mithras and practice all sorts of Pagan activities such as one called Saturnalia, Role-playing was implicit in the Saturnalia status reversals, and there are hints of mask-wearing or "guising".No theatrical events are mentioned in connection with the festivities, but the classicist Erich Segal saw Roman comedy, with its cast of impudent, free-wheeling slaves and libertine seniors, as imbued with the Saturnalian spirit. Dice players in a wall painting from Pompeii. Gambling and dice-playing, normally prohibited or at least frowned upon, were permitted for all, even slaves. Coins and nuts were the stakes. On the Calendar of Philocalus, the Saturnalia is represented by a man wearing a fur-trimmed coat next to a table with dice, and a caption reading: "Now you have license, slave, to game with your master." Rampant overeating and drunkenness became the rule, and a sober person the exception.”

Mithras slaying the bull

You see when Constantine saw that Christianity was challenging his power he had a miraculous revelation from Christ and converted to Christianity. What you do not know is that he never left his pagan ways and instead decided to mix paganism with Christianity and Roman Catholicism was born, Sorry Catholics but Roman Catholicism has paganism in it and there is an incredible amount of evidence for this statement. Our days of the week were named after planets and roman gods: Saturn-day, Sun-day, Moon-day. Constantine changed the sabbath day from the last day of the week saturday to the last day of the week Sun-day to worship his sun God. We also see a repeated pattern throughout Roman Catholicism such as the sun halo behind saints, sun drawing at st peter's square and the windows of the churches.

A number of figures are associated with Christmas and the seasonal giving of gifts. Among these are Father Christmas, also known as Santa Claus (derived from the Dutch for Saint Nicholas), Père Noël, and the Weihnachtsmann; Saint Nicholas or Sinterklaas; the Christkind; Kris Kringle; Joulupukki; tomte; Babbo Natale;Saint Basil; and Ded Moroz. The Scandinavian tomte is sometimes depicted as a gnome instead of Santa Claus.

In 1809, the New-York Historical Society convened and retroactively named Sancte Claus the patron saint of Nieuw Amsterdam, the Dutch name for New York City. At his first American appearance in 1810, Santa Claus was drawn in bishops' robes. However, as new artists took over, Santa Claus developed more secular attire. Nast drew a new image of "Santa Claus" annually, beginning in 1863. By the 1880s, Nast's Santa had evolved into the modern vision of the figure, perhaps based on the English figure of Father Christmas.

Krampus : In Austro-Bavarian Alpine folklore, Krampus is a horned, anthropomorphic figure described as "half-goat, half-demon" who, during the Christmas season, punishes children who have misbehaved, in contrast with Saint Nicholas, who rewards the well-behaved with gifts. The origin of the figure is unclear; some folklorists and anthropologists have postulated a pre-Christian origin for the figure Germanic Paganism. Ishtar is a goddess related to War, love, fertility and sex, just like the bunny who reproduces incredibly fast hence representing fertility and sex. And then we wonder why there is so many teenagers having children nowadays or why there is so much war going on but never look at ourselves for the answer.

To fully understand the Lord’s revelation on this read jeremiah 10 , here’s the beginning of it.

Hear ye the word which the Lord speaketh unto you, O house of Israel: Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them. For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not. They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good. Forasmuch as there is none like unto thee, O Lord; thou art great, and thy name is great in might.
